Sweet Bee Creation is committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Because every favor is personalized and made to order, custom items generally can't be returned. Non-personalized, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must not be personalized or custom-made
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items
- Personalized or custom-made favors
- Items damaged after delivery through normal use
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Orders returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our team at sweetbeecreation.com/contact with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Personalized and custom favors are printed just for you, so they can't be resold and are generally non-returnable. That said, if anything arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll always make it right — just reach out.
