Can you match my party theme or colors?

Absolutely. Choose from our 10 filament colors, and for custom themes, logos, or ideas just reach out — if you can dream it, we can usually print it.

Are the favors safe for children?

Our favors are made from non-toxic PLA. Some items and decor contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption.

Is there a minimum order?

Party favors come in packs starting at 12, with better per-favor pricing at 24 and 48. Need 100+ for a big event? Ask us about bulk pricing.

Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

Yes. For large events, corporate gifts, or branded orders, contact us at info@sweetbeecreation.com with your requirements and we will put together a custom quote.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order ships?

Every favor is made to order in our New Jersey studio and ships in 5 business days. Planning a big event? Message us and we will confirm timing so your favors arrive with time to spare.

How much is shipping?

A flat $7 anywhere in the United States, no matter how many favors you order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. For international requests, contact us at info@sweetbeecreation.com and we will see what we can do.

How is my order packaged?

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your favors in transit, and ships with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

Because favors are personalized and made to order, custom items generally cannot be returned. If anything arrives wrong or defective, contact us at info@sweetbeecreation.com and we will make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@sweetbeecreation.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
